What we collect
Only what you type into our quote or contact form: your name, company if you give one, phone number, email address, delivery location, and the details of the job. We do not ask for payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — deliver and service the rental. That is the entire purpose.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. They handle the message in transit; the contents land in our inbox. Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data such as IP addresses as part of serving pages.
We do not sell your information, share it with other rental companies, add you to marketing lists, or use it for advertising. If you have contacted a porta potty website before and then received calls from several companies, that is what a lead broker does. It is not what we do.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. Our host records routine server logs for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and rental records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job, repeat bookings and normal business record-keeping.
Deleting your information
Email info@mentorportapotty.com or call +1 (440) 298-8739 and ask us to delete your details. We will, except where we have to keep a record of a completed rental for accounting purposes.
Children
This is a business-to-customer equipment rental site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
